Applications:

• Electrical Stress Control: The stress control tube, along with stress relief mastic, helps smooth the electrical field at the cable screen ends.
• Insulation and Screen: Heat shrink insulation tube provides consistent insulation thickness, meeting or exceeding cable requirements. The semi-conductive/insulation dual-layer tube ensures a void-free interface between the insulation and screen.
• Metallic Shielding: Copper mesh is wrapped around the joint area to rebuild the metallic screen, with either soldering or solderless earth connections available to provide screen continuity.
• Outer Sealing and Protection: An adhesive-coated heat shrink tube provides mechanical protection and chemical resistance, similar to a cable oversheath.
