Experience: Minimum 6 years in a similar sales role, preferably in the Earthing & Lightning Protection, Electrical, or Energy Sector
CTC Range: 8 – 10 LPA
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Earthing, External Lightning Protection, and SPDs within the assigned region, building strong relationships with MEP consultants, architects, and clients.
- Develop technical and commercial expertise to sell ELP products, engage with key stakeholders, and understand the customer’s buying process across various industries.
- Manage key accounts, create action plans, and drive growth by identifying opportunities and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure optimal product positioning.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, including vendor assessment, payment processing, and collecting customer feedback to shape business strategies.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong technical knowledge of ELPS products.
