Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Experience: Minimum 6 years in a similar sales role, preferably in the Earthing & Lightning Protection, Electrical, or Energy Sector

CTC Range: 8 – 10 LPA

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Earthing, External Lightning Protection, and SPDs within the assigned region, building strong relationships with MEP consultants, architects, and clients.
  • Develop technical and commercial expertise to sell ELP products, engage with key stakeholders, and understand the customer’s buying process across various industries.
  • Manage key accounts, create action plans, and drive growth by identifying opportunities and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure optimal product positioning.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, including vendor assessment, payment processing, and collecting customer feedback to shape business strategies.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong technical knowledge of ELPS products.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and production management software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Location : Kandivali – Mumbai

CTC Range : 4 – 5 LPA

Education: Graduate in Engineering discipline – Electrical or Mechanical

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a related role

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads through research, customer relations, and tenders, while achieving sales targets and supporting order processing in SAP
    • Build and maintain customer relationships, address inquiries, and oversee installation orders to ensure timely execution
    • Manage and analyze sales data, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide insights on sales trends to the team
      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support marketing efforts, and assist in converting project leads into sales opportunities

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with sales automation and digital marketing tools
  • High attention to detail, integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical business practices
